Information you give us
- Email address — if you subscribe to our Weekly Drop newsletter.
- Messages — if you contact us at support@viralhaulz.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data — like most websites, we (and our hosting and analytics providers) may collect IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies — small files stored by your browser, described in Section 4 below.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not collect payment or financial information — purchases happen entirely on retailer websites.

- To send the newsletter you signed up for, and process unsubscribe requests;
- To operate, maintain, and improve the site, including understanding which products and pages are popular;
- To respond when you contact us;
- To detect and prevent abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email to anyone who has not subscribed.
4. Cookies and affiliate tracking
This site earns commissions through affiliate programs, and affiliate links rely on cookies to work:
- Affiliate cookies. When you click a "View on Amazon" button or another affiliate link, the retailer (for example, Amazon or TikTok Shop) sets cookies in your browser so that a qualifying purchase can be attributed to us. These cookies are set and controlled by the retailer or affiliate network under their own privacy policies, not by us. Amazon's practices are described in the Amazon Privacy Notice.
- Analytics cookies. We may use analytics services (such as Google Analytics or a similar tool) to understand site traffic in aggregate. These providers may set their own cookies and process usage data on our behalf.
- Functional cookies. Our hosting platform may set cookies necessary for the site to function and stay secure.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking cookies may affect how affiliate links and some site features work. Where required by law, we will request consent for non-essential cookies.
5. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers who need it to run the site on our behalf:
- Email service provider — stores newsletter subscriber addresses and sends our emails;
- Hosting and security providers — operate the servers and infrastructure the site runs on;
- Analytics providers — process usage data as described above.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the site (in which case this policy would continue to apply to previously collected information). We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing.
6. Third-party websites
When you click through to Amazon, TikTok Shop, or any other retailer, you leave our site. Anything you do there — browsing, purchasing, creating accounts — is governed by that site's privacy policy, not ours. We never see your payment details, shipping address, or order contents; at most, affiliate programs report aggregated, non-identifying information about commissions earned.
7. Data retention
Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, after which they are removed from our active mailing list. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry and for reasonable record-keeping. Analytics data is retained per our analytics provider's standard retention settings.
8. Your rights and choices
- Unsubscribe — every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link that takes effect promptly;
- Access, correction, deletion — you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing support@viralhaulz.com;
- Cookies — manage or block them in your browser settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. Residents of certain U.S. states (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and others with comprehensive privacy laws) may have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — as stated above, we do not sell personal information. Residents of the EU/EEA and UK may have rights under the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email support@viralhaulz.com; we will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Children's privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@viralhaulz.com and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited personal information we handle, including serving the site over HTTPS and relying on reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Do Not Track
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to them, the site does not currently respond to DNT signals, though we honor the specific opt-out choices described in this policy.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the current version. If we make material changes to how we handle newsletter subscriber information, we will notify subscribers by email.
